Weekly Chair and Mat Yoga offers a welcoming space for all ages and experience levels. Classes are designed to be accessible and adaptable, with supportive guidance, mindful movement, and a spirit of community. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and leave feeling refreshed in body and spirit.

Each class includes calming breathwork and quiet reflection, helping to release tension and create space for peace in the midst of a busy week.

What's Included

Chair Yoga

 Come stretch, breathe and relax in this gentle, accessible chair yoga class which ends with a seated relaxation and Reiki circle. Bring your water bottle. Class is by donation, and all donations support the Pastor’s fund for those in need in the community.

Mat Yoga

Bring a mat and a water bottle and join us for this gentle Hatha flow class that focuses on stretching, breathing and being present. This class ends with a reclined meditation and a soothing brow rub for those who wish to participate.Class is by donation, and all donations support the Pastor’s fund for those in need in the community.
